Drive the strategy, design, governance, and execution of executive compensation programs, including base salary structures, annual incentives, and equity. Lead compensation analyses and prepare materials for governance reviews.

•Lead the strategy, design, governance, and execution of executive compensation programs, including base salary structures, annual incentives, and equity programs.
•Partner with senior leaders to align compensation programs with business priorities, operational goals, values, and culture.
•Continuously evaluate and administer executive compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
•Analyze market trends and compensation practices to develop recommendations supporting talent and business objectives.
•Partner with Compensation Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver program governance and prepare materials for Compensation Committee, Board, and executive reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 173,000 - 233,000 annually

•Experience supporting executive compensation governance, including Board/Compensation Committee and proxy-related processes.
•Advanced analytics skills, including expert-level Excel and experience building complex compensation models and scenario analyses.
