Key Responsibilities

  • •Count, reconcile, and maintain inventory levels of raw and full goods daily across production/warehouse facility and yard.
  • •Order and manage production raw materials inventory; maintain inventory records and manage CHEP inventory.
  • •Back flush all material utilized daily and complete period-end inventory and results.
  • •Enter inventory data with AP and Supply Chain; post inventory, inter-plants, and production to SAP.
  • •Prepare daily reports and syrup yields/line efficiencies/chemical inventories; create BOL inbound and out and communicate with vendors for audits and bill-backs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • •1 year of inventory coordination experience preferred.
  • •Good math and PC skills.
  • •SAP and inventory knowledge preferred; attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
