Job Summary

Own the execution of Mastercard Cross-Border Services product management activities, partnering with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and complete product/project readiness for new capabilities. Build and manage the product roadmap in Aha, document features for readiness, work with Product Owners on requirements, and test new functionality.

•Support execution of Mastercard Cross-Border Services Product Management responsibilities across cross-functional teams.

•Act as an SME, leading and training internal stakeholders and regional partners on product workings and rationale.
•Analyze enhancement initiatives and define product requirements; articulate and quantify market problems and opportunities.
•Build and prioritize the product roadmap using Aha; document features for readiness, partner with Product Owners, follow the development lifecycle, and test new features.
