Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide functional support and producibility expertise for the Strategic Make Center.
  • •Manage approximately 10–25 technical leads and manufacturing/test/project engineers, coordinating resources and staffing levels.
  • •Coach and train engineers in Manufacturing and Test Engineering (MTE) skills, processes, and technical guidance.
  • •Chair the Process Control Board and conduct EAC forecasting.
  • •Lead root cause and corrective action investigations and provide MTE subject matter expertise; support proposals with estimates and planning inputs.

Key Requirements
