Job Summary

Own end-to-end product design from problem discovery through production-ready solutions for consumer-facing platforms used by millions. Partner with Product Managers, UX Research, engineering, and data teams to shape what gets built, run lightweight research, translate insights into design decisions, and set a high bar for interaction quality. Lead design from exploration to high-fidelity output, prototype and validate assumptions, and ensure requirements and acceptance criteria reflect the intended experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end design from problem discovery through production-ready solutions, partnering with Product Managers and customers.
•Participate in discovery and problem shaping, including qualitative research and translating findings into design implications.
•Lead design craft and execution from concept and wireframes through interaction design and high-fidelity outputs.
•Run lightweight research (e.g., concept testing and usability) and synthesize findings, NPS data, behavioural analytics, and customer intelligence into design decisions.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, PMs, data & intelligence, and BA to shape trade-offs, roadmap conversations, success metrics, and requirements/acceptance criteria.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in product design or UX design, with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex, consumer-facing digital product experiences.
•A portfolio demonstrating both problem-approach thinking and design craft, explaining how you approached problems.
•Genuine product instinct with the ability to articulate opinions on what should be built and why to PMs, engineers, and senior stakeholders.
•Deep user empathy built through direct, regular contact with real users.
•Strong interaction design skills covering states, transitions, feedback, error handling, and edge cases; proficiency in Figma and experience with a design system at scale.
