Job Summary

Join the user research & experience team to plan and conduct research across complex enterprise ecosystems for AVEVA’s industrial software portfolio. Manage participant recruitment and study logistics, synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders. Support UX research operations by maintaining repositories and booking systems, and produce digital research content for portals while mentoring UX team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and conduct user research across complex enterprise ecosystems and multiple time zones.
•Manage recruitment across studies, including consent, scheduling, registration, and attendance.
•Analyse and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research at scale across teams, products, and programmes.
•Produce, edit and upload digital content (including audio-visual material) onto research portals.
•Manage research operations and tools such as research repositories and booking systems; support and mentor UX team members to conduct research.
