Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks (reactive or proactive) to the required standard and within SLA deadlines.
  • •Ensure Health & Safety of yourself and users of the property during and after works.
  • •Purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers.
  • •Coordinate work to fit into region’s operational needs and team schedule.
  • •Be prepared for on-call duties and out-of-hours work on a rota basis.

Key Requirements

  • •Full UK driving licence is essential; vehicle and tools provided
