Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, shaping their GenAI strategy using Fireworks infrastructure.
•Partner with engineering, design, and data science to define, build, and ship product features across the Fireworks platform.
•Work directly with startups and enterprises to identify use cases and drive long-term usage and expansion.
•Collaborate with sales and marketing to evangelize new products to customers and across the Fireworks org.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Less than 2 years of professional experience (early-career).
•Curiosity about AI, LLMs, and developer tooling, including building with AI APIs.
•Clear written and verbal communication to explain technical tradeoffs to customers.
•Strong analytical skills and user empathy.
