Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage engineers (and possibly a small group of engineers and/or post-doctoral researchers) using techniques to characterize hardware and/or perform hardware characterization on complex systems.
  • •Interact with key customers to resolve extremely complex process engineering issues addressing High Value Problems across products for the division.
  • •Lead experimental tests, evaluate results, and escalate critical technology issues to management.
  • •Determine product process specifications and equipment strengths, weaknesses, and developmental opportunities.
  • •Develop and execute exceptionally complex technology and engineering projects, supporting R&D of new technologies and guiding less experienced engineers.
