Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate safety hazards.
  • •Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors.
  • •Enforce site safety rules, educate site workers on safety regulations and accident protocol, and handle accidents per protocol.
  • •Analyze blueprints to ensure projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
  • •Maintain attendance records, evaluate employee performance, and support HSE initiatives including incident reporting and resolution in line with company/IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience in construction; 3 years relevant experience, with GCC experience a plus.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of construction principles, structural engineering, building codes, and construction materials.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints, with familiarity using construction software and tools.
  • •Proficiency in project management concepts such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required/preferred for success in the role.
