Job Summary

Lead and supervise maintenance and automation projects for Mercado Envios across Sudeste facilities, ensuring reliable equipment, safe operations and optimized budgets. You will manage contractors, monitor performance against SLAs, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance planning and facility services. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams, analyze failure modes, implement cost controls, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and risk policies across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee maintenance and automation projects across sites, developing plans, executing services and preparing technical reports.
•Supervise works, manage annual maintenance budget and supplier performance (delivery time, schedule, quality).
•Document scope changes and cases of underperformance, ensuring safety, environment and risk management policies.
•Negotiate priorities and deadlines with site leaders and train/support the team to foster collaboration and development.
•Ensure machinery, equipment and facilities are maintained, monitor MTBF, MTTR and availability; manage the utility portfolio.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in automation, electrical, mechanical or civil engineering.
•Experience in execution, control and planning of maintenance and facilities, plus experience in contract management and third‑party services.
•Knowledge of maintenance software such as SAP, Totvs, Prisma or Maximus.
•Knowledge of budget planning (OBZ, OPEX and CAPEX), asset management, failure analysis, and equipment criticality matrices. Advanced Office suite.
•Availability to work in São Bernardo do Campo - SP, with own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
