Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead HR Shared Services delivery across APAC, including HR Direct, Data Management, Talent Acquisition Operations, Learning Operations, and in-country HR support.
  • •Drive operational excellence through service management, service standardization, continuous improvement, and performance metrics.
  • •Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team while building organizational capability and bench strength.
  • •Champion AI-enabled and self-service solutions to improve employee experience and increase operational efficiency.
  • •Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and governance across the region.
