Job Summary

Provide technical, financial, and consultative support to clients across pharmacy benefit consulting engagements. Serve as an active member of the Pharmacy Financial Analytic Team, using quantitative analysis to identify trends and risks, support PBM pricing and guarantee reviews, and help deliver workstreams such as RFPs, market checks, vendor negotiations, and benefit strategy/plan design benchmarking. Manage priorities across multiple project deliverables and respond quickly with accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Pharmacy Financial Analytic Team and broader Pharmacy Team with technical, financial, and consultative assistance on client projects.
•Perform analytical work to identify trends and eliminate potential issues in pharmacy data.
•Establish priorities across multiple tasks/projects to meet timeliness and urgency of deliverables.
•Assist with consulting activities including RFPs, market checks, engagement/client materials, and procurement/renewal projects.
•Support benefit strategy and clinical program review, plan design benchmarking, vendor management negotiations, and client request follow-ups with accurate documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of industry experience in pharmacy/benefits contexts.
•Proficiency in PBM pricing structures and guarantees.
•Ability to analyze pharmacy data and understand PBM/employer group relationships.
•Ability to interpret the financial impact of PBM formularies and programs on employer group contracts.
•Bachelor’s degree (preferred majors: Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, Actuarial Science).
