Own the technical operations behind the Everflow marketplace, ensuring seamless integrations and optimized data flows between advertisers, publishers, and internal systems. Monitor traffic and tracking health, troubleshoot performance issues across APIs and JS SDKs, and partner with Engineering, QA, and Product to diagnose and resolve critical bugs. Maintain integration best-practice documentation and help the marketplace scale reliably through data-driven problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor marketplace traffic and troubleshoot anomalies, technical spikes, and tracking discrepancies.
•Serve as primary technical resource to diagnose, escalate, and resolve issues involving APIs, JS SDKs, and proprietary tracking.
•Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product to escalate critical bugs and provide field feedback to improve stability.
•Maintain internal FAQs and technical documentation for marketplace and publisher integration best practices.
•Work directly with marketplace advertisers and publishers to ensure seamless integrations and optimized data flow performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 80,000 - 90,000 annually

•3–5 years in an affiliate, account management, technical solutions, or network operations role within the SaaS or performance marketing space.

•Experience with media buying/ad networks including Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Meta Ads.
•Expert understanding of tracking protocols, attribution models, and third-party tracking platforms.
