Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a brand ambassador, building client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice. Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient handling of purchases, returns, and exchanges.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
