Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, configure, and support infrastructure and application technologies used in solutions, including troubleshooting deployment issues or production incidents.
  • •Independently identify root causes of system issues through controlled testing and analysis, and define corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Proactively handle incident and service requests with clear, timely ticket updates, including support out of hours when necessary.
  • •Execute acceptance testing with customers/stakeholders, raise defects, and ensure deployed solutions or system changes meet defined project requirements/support objectives.
  • •Create high-quality technical documentation (e.g., Statement of Work, Incident Reports, User Guides) and collaborate with global engineering teams and the Project Manager on life cycle processes and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong IT fundamentals and hands-on experience deploying, integrating, and supporting complex infrastructure and application technologies.
  • •Ability to lead complex technical investigations independently and deliver end-to-end ownership through resolution.
  • •Strong understanding of low-level networking (OSI and TCP/IP), with hands-on Wireshark (or similar) traffic analysis and experience with network switching/routing.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and/or Linux environments, preferably RHEL or AlmaLinux, plus experience in system monitoring, maintenance, capacity planning, change management, and performance tuning.
  • •Familiarity with productivity/collaboration tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence, and SharePoint, and effective communication to engage developers, stakeholders, partners, and customers.
