Job Summary

Lead the sales and commercial excellence strategy for the business, driving revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets. Set short- and long-term sales strategies, analyze P&L and performance drivers, and use technology to improve sales processes and decision-making. Manage and coach a national inside and outside sales team across multiple locations, develop customer relationships, and recommend product/service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the development of commercial strategy and long-term revenue plans, including evaluating the effectiveness of sales programs.
•Lead a national team to meet or exceed sales targets and coach inside and outside sales teams across multiple locations.
•Use in-depth P&L and performance driver analysis to inform sales decisions and create revenue opportunities.
•Generate and foster relationships with key external customers and produce strategic growth models with the commercial team.
•Set and monitor target pricing across products, coordinate with leadership teams and functions for strategic process alignment, and support talent development planning.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing or related business, with preference for building products and construction materials industries.
•Proven track record leading a commercial function.
•Experience with construction site operations.
•Well-developed financial, analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
•Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
