Job Summary

Join the Mining & Metals group to support an iconic WA-based capital project. You’ll develop staging plans and scheduling outputs, review scope/contract/specification documentation to identify activities and milestones, and build quantity takeoffs and installation rates. Own quantity and manpower resource loading, then monitor and analyze progress data to surface schedule variances and potential delays—ensuring work is executed to plan.

•Develop staging plans and scheduling outputs to create a valuable, usable schedule.
•Review project documentation (scope of work, contracts, specifications) to identify activities and milestones.
•Develop and apply installation rates to quantity takeoffs and developed quantities within a discipline.
•Perform quantity and manpower resource loading for assigned schedules.
•Monitor and analyze project progress data to identify schedule variances and potential delays, ensuring execution according to schedule.
