•Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects (highways, bridges, drainage, utilities) and manage small/medium projects with Deputy PM on larger initiatives.
•Provide leadership and guidance to subordinate managers, enforce policies, and act as primary liaison with clients.
•Ensure all project facets are built to design, budget, and schedule through supervision of team members and subcontractors.
•Administer projects from budgeting through procurement and closeout, with significant profit/loss responsibility.
•Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and internal teams to deliver PS&E packages and ensure compliance with LADOTD practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 180,000 annually

•BA/BS with 8+ years of relevant transportation engineering experience
•Professional Engineer (PE) registered in Mississippi or ability to receive
•10+ years of design and project delivery experience on transportation projects including PS&E
•Experience with LADOTD proposals and certifications (ATSSA, TEPR modules) and design software (MicroStation, Inroads/OpenRoads)
•Strong communication skills and ability to mentor staff and manage multidisciplinary teams
