Job Summary

Own the planning and reporting framework for the real estate project portfolio, ensuring accurate, timely visibility of performance. Build executive dashboards in Power BI to track delivery, milestones, risks, and recovery actions. Implement AI-driven reporting and automation to reduce manual work while improving data accuracy and governance. Proactively identify schedule deviations and performance risks using strong project controls, and deliver clear forecasting and insights to executive management.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and maintain an integrated project planning, monitoring, and reporting framework across the portfolio.
•Develop and sustain executive-level Power BI dashboards for delivery status, milestones, risks, and recovery actions.
•Implement AI-driven reporting solutions to automate reporting, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy.
•Use proactive project controls to identify schedule deviations, performance risks, bottlenecks, and critical challenges early.
•Support executive management with forecasting and performance analysis under tight deadlines and evolving priorities.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in project planning, project controls, PMO, or project performance management within the real estate development sector.
•Experience with a leading real estate developer in Egypt.
•Advanced hands-on experience building executive dashboards and portfolio reporting solutions using Power BI.
•Strong expertise in project scheduling, progress monitoring, critical path analysis, and project controls using Primavera P6.
•Experience implementing reporting automation and leveraging AI tools for dashboarding and management reporting.
