•Own the full development lifecycle for features on Stepful’s Learning Management System and related platforms.
•Collaborate on building scalable frontend (React+TypeScript) and backend (Python/Node.js/Ruby) services that support adaptive learning, AI-assisted workflows, and content management.
•Design and maintain data pipelines to enable reliable data access for product, learning, and operations teams.
•Partner with product, design, and operations to deliver high-quality user experiences and measurable outcomes for students and instructors.
•Contribute to platform reliability, performance, and security in a fast-growing EdTech/Healthcare environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 172,000 - 228,000 annually

•Experience joining an early-stage company and building new solutions from scratch
