Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Directors to deliver HR services across assigned regions or business units.
  • •Partner with Operations leaders to translate business strategy into proactive HR plans supporting productivity, retention, safety, and engagement.
  • •Serve as the operational escalation point for Employee Relations, ensuring consistent ER case handling and timely information flow.
  • •Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment law; partner with Safety/EHS on workforce safety initiatives and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • •Track workforce metrics (turnover, time-to-fill, engagement, safety incidents, ER trends) and drive standardization, action plans, and performance management execution across operational leadership teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience supporting frontline/hourly, multi-site operations.
  • •Experience managing or leading other HR professionals/managers.
  • •Strong knowledge of employment law, wage and hour regulations, and HR compliance for hourly/non-exempt populations.
  • •Willingness and ability to travel 25%+ to warehouse, transportation, and data center sites.
