Job Summary

Lead store operations for one or more CarMax locations, owning the overall associate and customer experience aligned with CarMax culture. You’ll drive profitability with strong P&L management, use reports and trend analysis to identify opportunities, and implement process improvements to reduce waste. •Interview, hire, train, and promote associates; provide timely feedback through meetings, file reviews, performance management, and APR.
•Lead daily store operations by interpreting, communicating, and executing policies and procedures; resolve customer and associate issues.

Salary: USD 120,900 - 233,300 annually
