Job Summary

Drive operational excellence for the Talent Acquisition team by owning recruiting team cadence, coordinating interview logistics, and establishing scalable SOPs and workflows. Design and launch recruiting programs and events, build recruitment and interview training for hiring managers, and maintain enablement repositories. Build recruiting and sourcing KPI reporting and dashboards, and oversee recruiting systems (ATS and integrations) with strong data governance, while leading a coordination team and an IC reporting analyst.

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day recruiting team coordination, interview logistics, scheduling workflows, and process consistency.
•Establish and maintain documented workflows, SOPs, and team policies to keep cadence consistent as the team scales.
•Lead and coach coordinators and ops personnel, setting performance standards and managing team capacity and culture.
•Design, launch, and manage recruiting programs and events; build and scale recruiting/interview training for interviewers and panels.
•Build and maintain recruiting/sourcing metrics reporting and dashboards; own recruiting systems (ATS and tools), data integrity, vendor relationships, integrations, and data governance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruiting programs, or recruiting systems/reporting.
•At least 2 years of experience directly managing people in a recruiting or talent operations environment.
•Experience designing and delivering recruitment/interview training for hiring managers and interview panels.
•Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse highly preferred) and comfort building recruiting reports/dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets; BI tools like Power BI/Tableau/Looker a plus).
