Job Summary

Lead forward-facing Insurance colleagues responsible for service and sales support for Commercial Property & Casualty business lines. Drive client retention efforts and manage all activities for your function, coaching and developing technical staff while monitoring productivity and quality. Partner with Sales to support client acquisition, retention, and issue resolution, and help prepare client and RFP presentations. Execute retention strategy, ensure policy and compliance adherence, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Location: Pittsburgh, Columbus, Indianapolis, Detroit, Cincinnati

Key Responsibilities

•Coach, mentor, and develop colleagues; monitor productivity and quality; provide guidance and support for new colleagues.
•Partner with Sales to drive client retention, support new business proposals and prospecting, and develop high-value relationships with sales leaders and producers.
•Lead client issue resolution and escalations using listening skills, industry knowledge, and resourcefulness; reduce future issues through coaching and process improvement.
•Execute client sales and retention strategy by translating strategy to colleagues and ensuring understanding of priorities.
•Maintain industry expertise, ensure compliance with policies and legal/regulatory requirements, and support continuous improvement activities.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree.
•7+ years of Commercial P&C business line experience.
•3+ years of management experience.
•Must be Property and Casualty licensed within 90 days of hire.
•Ability to manage colleagues and ensure follow-through on procedures and performance objectives.
