Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Safeguards Engineering operations review and drive the recurring cadence to surface incidents, reliability trends, and decisions
  • •Drive incident tracking and post-mortem execution, ensuring follow-through and closed-loop actions
  • •Establish and maintain SLOs with Safeguards Engineering and partner teams, and build tracking/reporting to verify compliance
  • •Maintain runbooks and ensure clear ownership during incidents, including areas like account-banning false positives and CSAM detection
  • •Drive platform migrations and infra projects, sequencing cross-team work and aligning dependencies

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 290,000 - 365,000 annually
