Job Summary

Part-time Production Assistant supporting Tonal’s studio operations and live/pre-recorded content. You’ll help with daily setup, on-set execution, stage resets, and production support, collaborating with directors and producers to ensure smooth class flow and high production quality in a fast-paced fitness studio environment.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Support daily studio setup and breakdown, including preparing stage, lighting, props, and talent needs for all scheduled shoots.
•Assist with on-set execution by advancing slides, cueing timers, tracking reps, and supporting lighting cues during classes.
•Prepare and reset the stage between shoots, ensuring accuracy of equipment, cleanliness, and readiness for upcoming content.
•Capture thumbnail and supporting photos for production needs.
•Partner with directors and producers during blocking to ensure alignment on class flow, equipment, and on-screen materials.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40 - 44 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience as a Production Assistant preferred.
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced production, fitness, or live studio environment.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day.
•Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in studio setup, class preparation, and production workflows.
•Experience operating basic production equipment, including lighting systems, walkie-talkies, monitors, and digital presentation tools, is a plus.
