Systems Maintenance and Processes Planner

Review and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance plans and job packages for assigned equipment. Lead continuous improvement of maintenance strategies, tactics, and schedules to improve reliability and performance, using RCM or FMEA methodologies. Develop standard work procedures, manage spares planning for mine assets, and keep maintenance management system data up to date. Coach and train national team members while driving safety culture and zero-tolerance health and safety behaviors.
