Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform terminal operations safely and efficiently as directed by the Shift Supervisor or Plant Coordinator in line with operating procedures and regulations.
  • •Operate required equipment including wheel loaders, cranes, stacker/reclaimer, dozers, ship loader, conveyors, and CBU.
  • •Observe company safety rules and attend required operations and safety training.
  • •Conduct routine inspections and complete daily inspection report activities while maintaining quality standards.
  • •Assist the maintenance department with minor maintenance duties and provide general equipment upkeep (greasing, fueling, checking fluid levels).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Must be able to work with a team, take direction, adhere to the work schedule, and follow work rules with attention to detail.
  • •Physically and mentally able to operate controls (pedals, levers, buttons) and perform work at heights, including climbing ladders/stairs and negotiating uneven surfaces.
  • •Must be able to work rotating shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) and work overtime/long hours (12+ hours), including being available for call outs.
  • •Must attain/hold a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) and be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
