Key Responsibilities

•Strategic Prospecting: Map, pitch, and close new restaurant partners across your region, acting as a city-level expert who knows exactly what local customers crave.
•Multi-channel Outreach: Connect with restaurant owners through physical visits, calls, and digital platforms to demonstrate the value of Deliveroo’s technology.
•Seamless Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end partner onboarding process to ensure it is as quick and efficient as possible for the merchant.
•Drive Partner Success: Take ownership of a partner’s first eight weeks on the platform, ensuring they are set up for long-term growth and high performance.
•Market Immersion: Stay ahead of industry trends by attending food meet-ups and sampling high-quality food from potential partners.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in 'hunting' sales roles, with the ability to structure win-win deals for both restaurants and Deliveroo.
•Strong commercial acumen and a track record of meeting demanding monthly targets in the food delivery/ restaurant sector.
•Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with ability to connect face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
•Genuine interest in the local restaurant scene and ability to demonstrate product value to savvy business owners.
•Self-starter with a valid driving licence and car, comfortable being on the road and owning your region.
