Job Summary

Lead the development, localization, and delivery of Forum content and programming in China across priority systems such as health, financial/monetary systems, and consumption. Serve as a key China focal point for Centers, translating China insights and policy developments into the global content pipeline. Build trusted multistakeholder relationships, deliver and coordinate events and dialogues, and contribute to cross-system narratives around AI, digital transformation, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary China focal point for assigned Forum Centres, localizing global initiatives into the Chinese context.
•Translate China-specific priorities, insights, and policy developments into the Forum’s global agenda and content pipeline.
•Lead planning and execution of China-based Forum activities (and selectively regional), ensuring delivery against objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
•Curate and produce high-quality China-originated content and insights (e.g., reports, briefings, roundtables, knowledge outputs).
•Build and manage multistakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-team programming to integrate China contributions into the broader Forum platform.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of formal work experience with reputable organizations; strategy consulting experience is a strong plus.
•Master’s degree or above in a relevant discipline, with demonstrated relevance to priority systems such as health, financial/monetary, or consumption.
•Near-native fluency in both English and Mandarin.
•Strong proficiency in using AI tools is required.
•Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building experience across public and private sectors.
