Job Summary

Lead 3rd-shift maintenance operations for a Fremont plant, directing maintenance personnel to maximize equipment reliability and support production schedules, quality, and cost priorities. Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance, maintenance logs, and maintenance business management systems, while driving continuous improvement through TPM, QRMP, and process improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma/Lean and KHMS. Coordinate safety training, downtime analysis, spare parts planning, and capital budget execution in partnership with engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct maintenance personnel to ensure equipment and systems operate at highest capability to meet production, quality, cost, and schedule priorities
•Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures and maintenance logs; coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities
•Improve reliability and maintenance methods to reduce cost and minimize production loss from equipment failures or downtime
•Oversee implementation of QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards to achieve targeted outcomes
•Assist with safety training and monthly meetings, participate in audits, and partner with business leaders on Six Sigma/Lean/KHMS process improvements

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 77,800 - 97,300 annually

•Experience operating a maintenance management system

•Allen Bradley PLC experience (use/troubleshooting/programming) is a plus
