Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink, and investigate root causes with the General Manager.
  • •Manage operational execution across shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Champion strong visual standards and maintain safe, efficient store operations through stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Partner on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to maximize performance.
  • •Oversee Operations Associates, provide constant feedback using company performance tools, and execute store opening/closing standards.
