Head of Policy Scaling - Trust and Safety

Lead the Policy Scaling function within Trust & Safety, bridging policy principles to consistent enforcement outcomes across TikTok. You’ll build and manage a globally distributed team of Policy Leads and Policy Managers, drive high-confidence labeled datasets for evaluation, and maintain internal policy guidance. Partner cross-functionally with Policy, Product, Operations, and business teams to ensure policy application stays aligned across human, automated, and hybrid workflows while adapting to new content trends and harms.
