Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for Procure-to-Pay operational support and service delivery across global procurement.
  • •Ensure delivery of tail spend transactions, PR/PO operational support, PO changes/confirmations, supplier onboarding, catalog support, receiving issues, and invoice reconciliation.
  • •Monitor KPIs and act as escalation point for operational issues, process exceptions, and cross-functional dependencies; maintain SOPs and training/knowledge documentation.
  • •Serve as Procure-to-Pay operations SME by advising on process flows, controls, approval requirements, system dependencies, and supporting process/system changes.
  • •Own governance, compliance, and audit readiness by supporting SOX, IATF, customer audits, internal audits, maintaining audit evidence, and partnering with key functions to address findings and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Typically 8+ years of experience in procurement operations, Procure-to-Pay, shared services, finance operations, or supply chain operations.
  • •Prior people management experience leading P2P/procurement operations, transactional procurement, shared services, or service delivery teams.
  • •Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes including requisitioning, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, catalog management, receiving, invoice reconciliation, and procurement controls.
  • •Experience with SAP, Ariba, or other P2P systems.
