Job Summary

Lead the strategic expansion of an international partner ecosystem across EMEA and APAC, building and growing high-impact technology (ISV) and agency/SI partnerships. Own international partnership strategy, market sizing, and prioritization for growth into new geographies. Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue while partnering cross-functionally with Americas, Marketing, Product, and Sales. Manage and mentor an international partnerships team and serve as an executive point of contact for strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute an international partnership strategy, including market sizing and prioritizing partner segments for growth in new geographies outside the Americas.
•Identify, engage, and onboard high-caliber technology (ISV) and agency/SI partners aligned with target markets and business objectives.
•Implement tactics that drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, scaling partnerships as an extension of internal Sales and GTM teams.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to align partner feedback with GTM and product initiatives and create partner enablement materials.
•Build and mentor a high-performing international partnerships team, defining OKRs and serving as an executive point of contact for strategic partners.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or SaaS sales within the martech or e-commerce landscape.
•Proven ability to navigate complex global markets (EMEA/APAC) and scale partner ecosystems.
•Strong strategic thinking, including analyzing market data and making data-driven decisions in ambiguous initiatives.
•Exceptional executive communication and negotiation skills to influence across organizational levels.
•Experience building and leading teams, including mentorship, coaching, and delivering repeatable operational results.
