Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute PCB/PCBA commodity strategies to reduce cost, improve quality, and strengthen supply chain resilience.
  • •Manage end-to-end delivery of quality parts at the right cost and act as the sourcing expert for PCB/PCBA and subassemblies manufacturing.
  • •Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing processes, including business relationships with contract manufacturing for continuity, risk management, and negotiations.
  • •Partner with Engineering and contract manufacturers to influence technical design specifications and manufacturing requirements.
  • •Perform quote analysis and TCO-based decisioning, negotiate key supplier agreements, and manage supplier performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •8+ years of experience in supply chain category management for printed circuit board assembly/electronics manufacturing and/or sourcing engineering.
  • •Experience leading RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and strategic sourcing for PCB/PCBA and subassemblies.
  • •Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
