Vans: Assistant Store Manager - Disney Springs Town Center (Open)

Lead, develop, and motivate a team to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and represent brand values in-store. Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through excellence in customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection. In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full store responsibility. Support sales growth, coaching, recruiting and onboarding, training and feedback, compliance with standards, shrink/expense control, visual merchandising, and accurate inventory operations.
