Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead independent testing and review of IT general controls, automated controls, and operational controls to assess design and operating effectiveness.
  • •Design and execute risk-based testing strategies, facilitate timely remediation, and oversee issue management and escalation of significant risks.
  • •Serve as the designated Internal Control Manager for ServiceNow, overseeing control governance activities, control changes, and reporting.
  • •Provide oversight and quality assurance of IT control testing performed by Internal Control Managers and Senior Analysts to ensure alignment with ICIF requirements and testing standards.
  • •Coordinate testing and reporting for the annual financial statement audit and Zurich’s SOC1 and SOC2 obligations, and align efforts with external and group audit.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,700 - 207,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree with 7+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance, or High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 9+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • •Knowledge and experience using accounting principles, including general ledger and transactional experience.
  • •Experience with General Ledger, software, financial reporting systems, Business Objects, and financial query tools.
  • •4+ years of experience related to internal/external audit or control testing.
  • •CISA or CIA certification, and experience with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow or OpenPages/Polaris.
