Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine troubleshooting and repairs for plumbing, HVAC, electrical/transformers, and carpentry work requests.
  • •Maintain assigned interior and exterior areas, including painting, patching walls, replacing flooring tiles/carpet, and handling roofing systems as assigned.
  • •Inspect and repair walls, floors, installed fixtures, doors/hardware, and building envelope issues.
  • •Respond to work tickets for leaks, HVAC issues, electrical problems, and complete preventive maintenance on assigned assets.
  • •Support janitorial and site staff with general support (moving furniture/equipment, disposing construction waste, and event set-up/tear-down), and resolve tickets in the site work-order system.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of experience with facilities maintenance.
  • •Experience troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems (including drains/lift stations/sewer machines/pumps).
  • •Experience with building HVAC troubleshooting and repair.
  • •Experience maintaining building electrical and transformers, plus carpentry skills such as drywall installation/repair and door/hardware work.
