Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and ensure architectural engineering aspects of the project conform to inspection plans and specifications.
•Liaise with Senior Architectural Engineer and other engineers/managers to provide guidance and support.
•Review and monitor variations to mitigate time and cost impacts for changes.
•Review contractor documents/shop drawings for issues affecting architectural components and ensuring compliance with Quality Control Plan.
•Monitor inspection protocols and safety aspects of architectural installations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Architecture or relevant degree.
•Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in building construction.

•Ability to prepare reports, maintain site records and NCRs
