Job Summary

Design and produce high-quality static and animated multimedia assets for marketing campaigns, social media, digital ads, websites, and email communications. Create layouts, infographics, and visual elements for video and motion projects, while ensuring brand consistency and performance goals. Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams, plus videographers and copywriters, to conceptualize and deliver engaging digital storytelling across web, mobile, and social. Stay current with design trends and optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Design high-quality static and animated assets for marketing campaigns, social media, digital ads, websites, and email communications.
•Create compelling layouts, infographics, and visuals aligned with BJAK’s brand identity.
•Support video and motion projects with titles, transitions, and lower thirds.
•Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Social Media teams, plus videographers and copywriters, to conceptualize and execute campaign ideas.
•Manage multiple projects, optimize designs for web/mobile/social formats, maintain a library of assets, and stay current with trends and emerging tools.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
•2–4 years of experience in multimedia or digital design.
•Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
•Strong portfolio showing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across media formats.
•Understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
