Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate the UAP production plan into execution for production.
  • •Define production and shop-floor capacity with the Aircraft Manager and back-base sites (Méaulte and Tunisia).
  • •Run regular on-the-ground status checks versus theoretical progress and update the plan as disruptions occur.
  • •Coordinate across functions during non-quality, supply breaks, and disputes; alert the Aircraft Manager to customer impacts.
  • •Ensure component availability, participate in incoming logistics flow management, and drive daily/weekly/monthly delay routines (SQCDP, PPS Max, dispute commission, logistics updates) with performance analysis and continuous improvement.
