Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyse metering and installs performance to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery outcomes
  • •Build dashboards, models, and reporting that enable engineers and operations teams to track and manage day-to-day performance
  • •Optimise core supply processes, including billing, switching, trading, and finance
  • •Improve how supply, installs, and customer operations interact by designing better data flows and operational processes
  • •Develop a strong understanding of the energy market and regulatory environment as the business scales
