•Guide configuration and rollout of HR journeys across modules.
•Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.

•Experience architecting or implementing HCM solutions in enterprise environments.
•Strong knowledge of HR processes and HR systems integration.
•Ability to design scalable HR journeys and workflows.
