Job Summary

Design, configure, and support SAP solutions for manufacturing processes by analyzing current business workflows and translating them into optimized SAP-enabled target processes. Lead SAP PP-focused implementations and integration across MM, SD, QM, and warehouse execution. Own configuration/master data setup, plan-to-produce end-to-end flows, prepare RICEFW functional specs, and support testing, go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvement documentation and training.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing processes, analyze AS-IS workflows, and design TO-BE solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
•Configure relevant SAP modules (SAP PP and optionally SAP PM), including setting up master data such as BOMs, routing, work centers, and production versions.
•Enable end-to-end cross-functional processes and integrations across SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP QM, and warehouse management (SAP EWM/WM).
•Participate in the full implementation lifecycle (blueprinting/discovery, design, build/configuration, testing such as SIT/UAT, go-live and hypercare) and prepare RICEFW functional specifications.
•Prepare and execute test cases, support defect resolution with root cause analysis, and deliver functional documentation and end-user training/workshops.

Key Requirements

•Strong expertise in the SAP PP (Production Planning) module.
•Hands-on experience with MRP, capacity planning, and production/process orders (batch management preferred).
•Knowledge of manufacturing processes including discrete manufacturing; process manufacturing is optional but valuable.
•Integration knowledge with SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP QM, and familiarity with S/4HANA Manufacturing processes.
•Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, Agile/Activate methodology, and functional specification writing (FS).
