Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for Germany with accountability for revenue outcomes across sales-assisted and self-serve contribution.
  • •Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
  • •Scale a country-first GTM motion using local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
  • •Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
  • •Embed and drive agentic transformation in the German GTM motion, including agent-enabled customer journeys, Notion Agent build/deploy, and measurement of AI adoption outcomes.
