Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the future Finance operating model by redesigning processes, governance, and ways of working so Finance scales efficiently as Monzo grows.
  • •Lead finance transformation initiatives end-to-end, delivering improvements to efficiency, controls, and stakeholder experience.
  • •Eliminate manual work through automation by partnering with Finance Data and Technology teams to streamline planning, reporting, and governance.
  • •Design simple, well-controlled finance processes that are audit-ready and meet Internal Audit and regulatory expectations.
  • •Manage the finance change portfolio, track delivery and risks, improve finance data and planning models, and drive continuous improvement using KPIs.
