Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate Engineering and Manufacturing BOMs and program demand to generate clear-to-build material signals and track PO commitments for manufacturing readiness.
  • •Align demand and supply by partnering with Engineering, Configuration Managers, Program Managers, Procurement, and Production Schedulers to support schedule timelines.
  • •Proactively identify material constraints, manage shortage escalations, and establish optimized inventory levels (safety stock, min/max).
  • •Own material orchestration and manufacturing work order lifecycle management, including generation, scheduling, aging work orders, and dynamic priority adjustments.
  • •Act as MRP/ERP SME: manage material planning logic and master data accuracy, troubleshoot MRP issues, provide training, and maintain serialized traceability for compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in material planning and/or supply planning.
  • •Academic coursework or a technical degree in supply chain management, operations research, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience using AI-driven data tools to build tracking for material requirements, inventory health, and scheduling metrics.
  • •Experience with ERP/MRP systems and knowledge of capacity planning, JIT, Kanban, and integrated master schedules (IMS).
  • •Experience creating, managing, and optimizing purchase requisitions and working within AS9100 quality systems while applying Lean/Six Sigma principles.
