Key Responsibilities

•Deliver ground engineering projects in the UK from concept through operation, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
•Lead and inspire teams in geotechnical projects across multiple end markets (Energy, Rail, Highways, Water, Development, Defence, Nuclear, Ports & Marine).
•Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to provide analytical and strategic expertise at each project stage.
•Contribute to innovation and the adoption of new tools and methodologies in geotechnical design.
•Travel throughout the UK as required and maintain a clean driving licence.

Key Requirements

•Degree (BSc or MSc) in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Engineering Geology, or a related field.
•Progress towards Chartered status would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite.

•Proven leadership experience in similar roles, appropriate to your level.
•Willingness to travel throughout the UK and hold a clean driving licence.
